So I do imploy none cellular cameras into my surveillance routine. I've read on your lumen but have a couple of questions. 1st is about the flash system. I see it uses a xenon flash for pics, and a led flash for videos. Am I correct in assuming that this camera is going to perform like the old 35m cams and actually have a flash for the respected pic/videos as per advertisement? Second is with its 78 degree lens is this designed more for close up pics ,and tighter areas? I see it's only reaching out about 60ft. Would this be because of the wide angle lense? Thanks Jim S

    If you are using security for people, the Lumen is not the right camera. It is white flash so very visible. It takes beautiful pics and video but it is not invisible at night. You may want to consider the Eclipse, which is the black flash version, when it’s released.

    Okay, if you are fine with white flash, the Lumen is a great little camera. So is the Eclipse.
