can't get it to sent test photo

Brand new camera and full bars on signal.  Run test..setting...sending...retrying...setting...sending...retrying...seting...sending...might be something wrong with your SD card...Failed.

Camera is taking pics because i see them on the SD card.  I got the acctivation email but it just won't send.

Now what?

  What brand, capacity, and class is the SD card? Did you format the SD card in the camera? Does the camera pass the Hello test?

  Sorry I meant SIM card not SD card.  It is failing the Hello test.

  What is the camera model and where did you purchase your data from, through Spartan or the cell carrier directly?

  Failing the Hello test usually means there’s no data plan.
