    Go to diagnostics and APN and see what the APN is set to, 123456 is the password.

    OK, once i back out of that setting, it updated?  turned it back off, waited a few seconds, cut it back on and it connected!  Good to go now!  Thanks for the tip!

    This was a email from one of the techs there..


    Turn the camera to Setup press menu and click the right arrow over to the gear wheel the system settings. Go down to Debug and press ok you will want to turn the debug switch on and then go down to where you see logs and press ok. Once this is done turn the camera back off wait 10 seconds and turn it back to set up. Once you get the register network failed message. Refollow the original steps I sent you and let me know if the log files are there.

    ok did that, backed out, no bars.  powered down, waited, powered up now searching for network...........failed..........now full bars but no network id

    you know, when i try and change my plan on the portal to a plan with more cameras, says it wont change until my renewal date........does that have anything to do with it?  Should I just a multi camera plan?
