delivery contacts question

On the delivery contacts menu on the website portal, there is a checkbox next to your email contacts that is an option for "use plain text" or something like that. What is that option for and when should I use it?

  I'm not sure what it's for but I always check it off.

  Ditto what Johnny says. I think it’s left over from the days before the app when pics were delivered via text message. It controls whether the pics were in plain text or HTML “wrappers.”
