Research before purchasing

So research exactly what you need for mounting and solar kit and all because they seem to be very confusing on what you need on web site. They will sell you stuff you do not need knowing you will repurchase what you need. Very poor service. Cam works well though.

  Just curious to what you got that you didn't need? If there's an issue we'd like to know and correct it.

  Hello john.

  Ordered a solar kit for my camera. Got 2 brackets for panel. Watching on utube dont need second bracket only need 2 but what i really needed was the part that screws into tree. They never sent that. Contacted them and all i got was a link to purchase that part. At 19.00 or something. Only need 1 bracket. The second one was about 19.00 that ill never use. Crazy but they the experts and know what you need.

  The panel should have only come with one bracket so if you got two that was a mistake. They don't come with the screw in tree mount because lots of people are mounting them on things other than trees.

  I thought the mounting bracket i was buying was the tree mount but the web site is not clear what bracket you need thats why im saying need to research before you buy. Obviously i bought a second mounting bracket.

  Ahh ok, I think I understand now. You purchased a second bracket thinking it was the screw in tree mount.
