go cam is not picking up satilites. all my other cameras have no trouble.

What is the camera model? When you turn the camera to set up what does it say on the screen?

The camera model is on the home page, the second line below the camera description. Where are you getting your data?

Is this a new camera or one that you’ve been running? When was the last time it was online? Is the firmware current (check the status report in the app, but if the camera has been off a while, that may not be the current info).

Please post the exact message that you see on the screen. It may be something about registration denied or APN or SIM.

BTW, the cameras use signal from cell towers, not satellites.
