After batteries die Cameras won’t connect

I have 4 cameras two GC-Z4GB2 and two GC-Z4GB. With 3 of these cameras when the batteries die completely when they are in the woods after I replace them they will search for signal but not connect. I have tried new SD cards, formatted the cards, tried the APN settings like I’ve seen in previous forums and it will not work. Ive done the diagnostic tests, hello tests which failed. The only camera still working is the one I have replaced the batteries in before it completely dies. I have plenty of credits and at a loss of what the issue could be.
