Network Registration Denied

The message,  "Network Registration Denied" continues to pop up when I try to setup one of my new cameras. Please advise how to get it working properly. My other cameras do not have this problem.

  Have you tried going into the cameras menu and formatting the SD card and defaulting the camera? What is the camera model?
