strange timing of status reports with Golive camera

I have a recently purchased Golive GL-ALTEb camera that I have configured to send status reports at 1:00; 7:00; 13:00; and 21:00.  The reports arrive, but they consistently are time-stamped about 6 minutes and 30 seconds later.  For example, the 1:00 report is time-stamped at about 1:06:30; the 7:00 report is time-stamped at about 7:06:30; etc.  The status reports from my other 3 Golive cameras are time-stamped within a few seconds of 1:00; 7:00 etc.   Any thoughts as to what is going on with this camera?  It is running the current version of the firmware (2022/03/25-14:14:46)

  I believe that it's automatically set but go into the camera settings for the app and make sure that the time zone is set.

  Yes, it is set to New York (UTC-4).

  You can try going into the cameras menu and defaulting the camera or maybe try switching to a different time zone and letting the camera send a few pics and then switch it back.

  John, I had to go into the camera menu and default the camera and that cleared the problem.  Thanks for the help.  I am curious though: why did this fix the problem?

  When you set the camera up initially did you set the time in the cameras menu or let the camera set it on its own?

  I let the camera set it on its own but I did check in the app that the time zone was correct.  The other strange thing is that I also had 3 "take a picture" scheduled events (at 8:00, 12:00, and 16:00) and they were working correctly.

  Maybe just a little glitch somewhere and the default fixed it.
