    The green full battery means voltage of at least 5.7V. The orange partial bar means voltage less than 5.7V but greater than or equal to 5.1V. Your batteries are probably on the cusp of 5.7 or barely below. If you are using lithium batteries, 5.1 is nearly dead. If you are using alkalines, they aren’t. Heat is not good for alkaline batteries so that may be causing some fluctuation. You’ll get a feel for how long your batteries will last with 5.1V. It’s just letting you know that the batteries are not full voltage.

    Ok thanks my power voltage is 5.10V and I am using alkaline batteries camera is about 3 years old never had this issue until now just hard to know when to replace the batteries

    The orange bar is the same as the old three bars. If you did not see three bars a lot, then maybe you have some bad batteries this time. Heat and alkaline batteries don’t mix well.
