    The data plans on the app aren't specific and will work with Verizon or ATT. What is your camera model?

    What model camera? (GoCam, Ghost, or GoLive)

    If it’s a GoCam, please eject and insert the SIM. If Ghost or GoLive, then you can’t access the SIM.

    Did you get an email with a receipt and another saying that the plan had been activated?

    Did you get both emails, purchase receipt and activation email? Take the SIM card out and clean the contacts with a pencil eraser, wipe it off and reinstall it and see if that helps. You can also put a layer of scotch tape on the back (non contacts side) of the SIM card.
