Changed batteries now no pictures being sent to my phone

Anybody have any ideas why this might be occurring? I am wondering if the signal somehow is lost. I have had the camera in the same location for 5 months with no issue until now.

  When you turn the camera on does it find signal? If it does then press the OK button twice to take and send a picture and see what it says on the screen. How long were the batteries dead? What is the camera model and is the firmware up to date? Have you tried looking online to see if the pictures are there? my.spartancamera.com
