    What happens after you enter the IMEI number?

    Go to my.spartancamera.com and log in to your account. Then choose Camera Management. You won’t have any.

    Then go to Subscriptions, Data Plans, +Activate Camera. You’ll input the IMEI and ICCID, your credit card info, choose a plan. I recommend you start with either a one-month or three-month plan so you can get a good feel for your data usage before choosing a longer plan. Once you know how much data you are using, you can pick the best plan for your situation.

    You are probably going to need to update that camera’s firmware manually. If it won’t go online after you’ve bought a plan and have received an activation email, please go to this page to download the correct firmware file to the SD card and install the FW manually. The instructions are also on this page.

    Then it asks me to register it... I toggle through the options on the camera to do so and it just times out. 

    I figured everyone went through this hangup and searched for a solution to no avail. 

    I thought I read somewhere one needed to buy a plan first, which I attempted but apparently one needs a registration number before doing so! Hence why I said I feel I'm stuck in a loop with this paperweight! 

    Hope someone can help asap and thanks again!!!

    Thank you so much! Spartan called me today and after a few minutes, the tech explained to me I have a 3G camera and was no longer able to have a cellular plan... bummer!!

    Oh, no! Where did you get the camera? I'm sure Johnny and I didn't think to ask because we thought it was a new camera so it had to be 4G. 3G models haven't been sold for several years.
