    How long has your camera been in that location? 

    If GPS signal is poor, you won’t have a location. Sometimes the location doesn’t update until the midnight status report.

    My two new GoLive M's both say not available and have been out for a few weeks with tracker and location on.

    To which message are you referring?

    No one from Spartan monitors this group. The two of us who do are camera test team members, not regular Spartan Camera employees. If you sent your camera back with an RMA, you will get email notification when it has been received and checked in. If you sent it in without an RMA, it will probably be returned to you, but I’m not sure what happens when there’s no RMA.

    Is it possible that your cameras are in a spot with poor GPS satellite coverage? You probably should as support@spartancamera.com about this.

    Might be for one of the cameras as the go live button does turn green but the other one I have gone live.
