After update, camera not sending photos/video

My camera was sending photos/videos up to 08-31-2022 at 7:37pm and an update was done 2 minutes later and now no photos/videos have been received.  Went back to camera today 09-02-2022 and turned it off and then back on after a few seconds.

  What is your camera model and does the status report on the app show the firmware as up to date? Did you do an over the air update or a manual update?
