Hi The LCD screen isn’t coming on but the camera still takes pictures

  Try a different SD card or no SD card. You can also try taking the batteries out and leaving the switch in the on position over night. If that doesn't work I would try updating the firmware. Is the firmware up to date currently?

  How often do you have to update the firmware and how do I get a new sims card for the camera because someone stole the sd and sims card out of it but left the camera

  You can order a new SIM and SD card from Spartan. If you look on the status report page of the app it will tell you about the firmware.
