I was m trying to purchase data for my att go live camera . I am signed in spartan app then under camera mangemant then data and nothing shows up to purchase . How do I buy data?

    If this is a new camera you can do it from the app, click on the plus symbol on the home screen to add a new camera. If you are on the portal (website) then from camera management page click on the add camera box.

    They aren’t new cameras . They are on the on the app but I can’t find where you can purchase data .

    I did all that still nothing comes up for me to purchase data. I press buy data and nothing comes up

    Does the camera show if you go to subscriptions and then data plan ? Do you have the cameras in hand?

    The cameras are on the app but when I try to buy data it says you have no subscription and doesn’t give me option to buy data.I do have cameras on hand

    I wonder if the plan you had last year doesn't exist anymore and that's causing the issue. I would try deleting the camera from your account and then adding it back like a new camera.

    I deleted all my cameras on app then reinstalled and now I can buy data. Thanks for your help
