Battery box solar kit for go live

I just recently installed the battery box and solar kit for the go live and it’s reading 13.1 v on the box and everything is plugged in correctly with no fault lights on , but my battery volts on the app hasn’t changed to read 12V , the only change was it showing (SLR) AA5 L13 , I’m assuming it’s picking up the solar but if I change the battery type in the app to solar only , it says solar isn’t working it’s running on internal battery , also I set battery type to AA+ 12v . The info strip on pics shows SLR AA5 L13. I’ve tried changing the battery type to different settings , it’s almost as the box just isn’t sending power to the camera through the 12v battery ,,,any help or ideas to check something would be greatly appreciated.

    UPDATE ***I updated my firmware and it fixed my issue

    The box regulates the voltage so I wouldn't expect to see more than 12 volts at the camera. If you aren't running aa's in the camera set it to 12v lead acid. Just keep an eye on the voltage for the external

    I was running AA also, but it would never get over 9.8 on external , and the box was saying 13.1 which I know it only puts out 12v regardless. But I updated my firmware and it switched over to 12.8 external and showed the 12v battery icon to prior AA battery I con, so I believe the Firmware update fixed the issue. Thanks for the reply and help tho.
