SIM card problems

Have a Spartan GoCam blackout that was working fine sending pics to the app and just quit working all of a sudden.. Now it says “Register Network failed, please check sim and restart” however I can put that sim in my other GoCam and it works fine.. Can anyone help me with this issue?

  Is there any chance your firmware is out of date? What is the EXACT model camera? What is the firmware date shown on the Status report in the app?
