Everytime I hit show map on the app to show location of the camera it tells me to enable Google maps i have tried going into both the spartan app and the map app and give permission but it still don't work if anyone could help I sure appreciate it

    Try this

    Go into the phone settings (not the app) and go to apps and the Spartan app. Click on storage and you'll see a box to click to clear the cache and another to clear the data/storage, clear both of those and then uninstall and reinstall the app. Before the app opens clear the cache and data/storage again and then open the app and log in. You should be good to go now.

    I tried that and it says the same thing it won't even let me see the location on the web page either it

    Are tracker and locator turned on in the camera settings on the app?

    Yes I actually turned it off let it update turned it back on and waited and still the same

    Go to my.spartancamera.com and camera management and see if the map location works there.

    I does the same it shows where it was like 2 weeks ago and thats it it won't even update the website

    I had one in a poor signal area and it wouldn't update in the security box. I had to take it out for a Firmware update and just having it out and cycling it off and on it updated. That could be what is happening with your camera as well.

    I have this problem with the Android beta app. I can see the map in iOS. It’s a problem with the app. When I tap OK, the message goes away and I can see the map.
