Is there a way to re-order cameras on the web portal and mobile app?

  Yes. Tap the Edit button in the upper right corner of the home page, then drag the cameras into the order you want them by holding the horizontal bar thingie on the right down and dragging.

  No, the portal is stuck in the order that they are
