Live Stream Repeatedly Fails

    If you just set the camera up sometimes it can take a little while for the live stream to register (up to a day). You can also go to the portal, my.spartancamera.com and try streaming from there.

    The camera is not a new setup.  Also the portal does not allow you to watch live stream it redirects you back to the app on your phone…

    That's odd, I just logged into the portal using google chrome and I was able to watch the live stream on my desktop computer. Is the cameras firmware up to date and how strong is the signal?

    Yes firmware is up to date and I have three bars of signal.

    What browser are you using? 3 bars is kinda low, that might be why, do you remember what the SQ number was on the screen when you set up the camera?

    Using Chrome on my IPad.  I also tried on my laptop, no luck.  No I dont remember the SQ number, what is that?

    That's the signal quality number that shows on the upper left of the camera screen when it's in setup. 4g is different than 3g, you can have full bars which means that your connection is good but it doesn't mean that the signal is strong. That's where the SQ number comes in.
