Data plan - adding camera

You have to leave voice mail. All the support people are on the phone returning earlier calls.

If the third camera was using premium credits, it wasn’t on a Spartan data plan. You didn’t say what carrier, but it almost has to be Verizon. If so, you have to remove it from your cell phone plan and then you’ll be able to buy a Spartan data plan for it.

Yes these are through Verizon. I called Verizon to cancel the plan from cell phone and they directed me to their business department. The business dept. can’t cancel my plan because I’m not an administrator for the plan. I’m not sure what to do. I bought and paid for the camera so I figured I was an admin. So confused right now

Is this your personal cell phone plan or a company cell phone plan? If it's a business cell phone plan and it's not your business, then you need to find out who is administrator for the business account and have them remove it from the company cell phone plan.

If it's your personal or your own business plan, then you got sent to the wrong department. You should be able to log on to your Verizon account online and remove the camera from your account.

This is my personal cell phone plan. I’ve have called twice and both agents redirect me to the business division. The last agent said there were five names listed as admin. on this plan and I wasn’t one of them. Agent tried calling them but got no answer. I talked to Spartan camera and they said I must remove device before adding it to a data plan.

I have looked on my Verizon account online and can’t find any record of it either

And there's no chance it was on a Spartan plan?

I contacted Spartan and a representative tried to add the camera himself and couldn’t because said camera was on a Verizon plan

Are you able to log into your Verizon account and see the camera? If so, you can delete it from there.

Who are the supposed other admins? Can you get one of them to remove the camera? Spartan can't do anything as long as that camera is linked to Verizon.

I looked into my Verizon account and the camera is not there.
Verizon won’t tell me who the admins are. Seems like a joke. I am going to call Verizon again and see if I get someone different that can help

Somehow, the camera is not on your Verizon account, it's on another Verizon account. That's very weird.

    It's on your Spartan account?
