SIM card error - Need to update ICCID number?
I have a Verizon GoCam that is on a Spartan Shared Data Plan. In recent days it became spotty on its delivery of pics and status updates. I visited the camera this morning and could not get it to connect to the network, and upon trying got the "No SIM card - insert SIM card" error.
After some reading I tried different antennas and SD cards and eliminated them as a source of the issue. Also defaulted the camera. No luck.
Went to local Verizon store and got a replacement SIM card, the camera is able to show signal at least but I suppose i need to update the ICCID number associated with the camera on my Spartan data plan.
Being it is Saturday, can anyone a)update the ICCID number for me, or b)tell me how to do it on my own? I cannot find anywhere that I can edit it on my account.
Thanks!

You need to email support@spartancamera.com if you want to swap it over. You could probably cancel the data plan and delete the camera and start over with the new SIM card but you'll lose the data your already paid for. Have you tried cleaning the SIM card contacts with a pencil eraser and then wiping them off? You can also put a single layer of scotch tape on the back (non contact side) of the SIM.

Thanks for the responses. After working on possible fixes for a while and eliminating everything but the SIM card as the source, I decided to run to the Verizon store 20 mins away and buy a new card.
It cost me $30 to register the new SIM card on my shared data plan but frankly I was willing to eat the money since I was 4 hours from home and it was Saturday.
