Camera won’t connect to network

My camera has been working fine all year and then suddenly stopped connecting to the Verizon network. Verizon sent a new SIM card but the camera won’t stay connected. I’ve spent hours on the phone with Verizon and they get it connected but then it disconnects a few minutes later.

    Is the firmware current? What is the EXACT model?

    Gc-v4gb. I believe it’s updated but when I try to check on camera it says it’s busy because it’s trying to connect to the network.

    The app should show you if it's up to date on the status report page. The V4 is very picky about SD cards, try a few different ones even if they aren't to spec.

    I never changed SD cards. It just suddenly stopped connecting with the same SD card when it was working.

    It could be firmware or the SD card could have gone bad
