Support sucks

I’m to a point no where I will never by your product again nor tell anyone! You support is ridiculous!!! We spend $500 on you camera then now 3G doesn’t work supposedly (which I just got back from Wyoming hunt) and i was using 3G. So now that money waisted and that BS and now you will not call or answer your phone to get help!

    If you leave a message support will get back to you. 3g is getting shut down for all devices (not just cameras) for years now. Verizon was supposed to sunset it in 2019 but has extended it until the end of this year but has been turning it off in areas across the country throughout the year. ATT started shutting down in January and I haven't heard of any ATT 3g products working for months now. Spartan 3g cameras haven't been sold for years now.

    But were sold and cost 500 to just say ops and not work! On my other camera I was told I have to go out to the camera then call for assistance! You don’t answer the phone so how is that possible

    It worked great last year with 3g! Maybe you should update something since y’all like to update all the time or buy it back!

    Emails had been sent out periodically for a few years about an upgrade program. There's nothing that can be updated in the camera to make it work once the carriers shut down 3g. Understand it's not just cameras, it's watches, tablets, security systems, car onstar systems, anything 3g.
