Older model cams not working

5 of my Older model cell cams, work when they want too or not at all. Did FW update and did not help, Customer support at Spartan really sucks! Nobody will call you back. Looking for a different company with quality cell cams that actually respond to your calls.

  What are the camera models that you are having problems with?

  This is the busiest time of the year and support is short-handed. They will return your calls/emails, but it may take a day or two. 

  Cameras can act flaky because of firmware and also because of SD cards, also cell signal can vary.
  
  Hopefully we can help troubleshoot.
