card got cancelled, cant get new subscription started

My credit card got cancelled and now i need to add a new card. I was able to add the card to my account but cant get the canceled subscription to re activate, any suggestions.

  Have you tried using the + Activate camera button and starting from scratch? You’ll need to start a new plan. The IMEI and ICCID you need are on the status report page.
