    What is the camera model and are you still getting status reports?

    I am getting status reports.  It also says that my firmware is up to date.  Where would I fine the model?  I don't have it with me - it is still on the property.  I don't have it with me.

    Model should be on the homescreen of the app. If you are still getting status reports try formatting the SD card.

    On the status report screen there's a format button. Press that and hopefully the camera will check in and format, if it's successful you will get a picture with an F on the bottom of it.

    Make sure your SD card is to spec, 32gb or smaller, class 10, 80mbs or faster and full sized cards, no micros in adapters.

    Same here, I just bought the Go Live Black Out and it worked for a few minutes and it will not let me view live stream and will not send pictures. I even got the solar panel and it is saying it's not charging!!

    what is the internal voltage? The cameras tend to have dead or nearly dead internal batteries when you get them. If the internal battery is low, the solar panel can’t charge fast enough to run the camera. Leave the camera off with the panel in full sun for several hours. Let the internal battery get at least to 3.8 before doing anything with the camera.

    is this a GoLive or GoLive 2?

    Spartan customer service has turned into pure crap!!!! just a few years ago their customer service is what sold me on the cameras.  17 cameras later and ive never been more frustrated with Spartan.  will not answer customer service.  will not call you back.  and 75% of the time, do not fix the problem when they do answer.  UNACCEPTABLE.  will likely be changing cameras soon.
