Can you post the most recent status report again please. Do you have the specs on the power cord that you are using?

The same results with the start/stop test. The start/stop worked during daylight hours and as soon as it got dark it stopped working

According to those settings, the camera should be taking motion pics only between 6 PM and 7 AM. I’m not sure what may be happening with your trigger interval and time lapse interval set the same.

Have you been doing that all along?

I would reset the camera to defaults and let it run for a while just normally, then I’d change some settings.

I’ve already done all of that, I’ve been following the instructions from someone (John) on this support line for two days and nothing works. These last instructions they gave me was to try the start/stop at night which the badgers is still not working. The camera is under warranty, how do I get it replaced?

    “Badgers” should be “camera”

Tim, send an email to support@spartancamera.com and tell them you need an RMA to send the camera back

Tim, one other thing you might want to try is putting batteries in the camera and unplugging the power supply and see if it makes a difference. Maybe the power supply went bad and is fine for the day pics but not good enough when the flash is needed? You don't have batteries in the camera by any chance do you and if so are they lithium?

That’s a good idea, I will give that a try. Currently has no batteries in it and I’ve never used batteries in this camera. I will set it up today with batteries and let you know tonight what happens.

John, looks like with the batteries only the camera worked last night so maybe it is the power cord. You have a better/more durable cord recommendation I can try vs the current cord I have that Spartan originally recommended? I will but a new cord and confirm if the cord is the problem. Thanks, Tim

How do I get the correct Spartan specific plug adapter for my camera vs. the Chinese after market plug made for a heart monitoring machine that Spartan recommended me to buy?
