I've left several message this week for support to call. No call back. Is anyone else have trouble with this? Charlie

  Bought 2 cameras, won't find network.  Been on phone for 2 days with AT&T.  Still nothing working.  So terrible that they don't return phone calls, emails, or support tickets.   We are ready to send everything back.

  You don't need ATT for anything, the SIM cards that come with the cameras even though they are ATT you need to get the data through Spartan.

  I tried that it won't work with that either.
