Camera not transmitting pictures

The camera stopped sending pictures on Nov 4th. We have received a status report, replaced the batteries and the card, checked the data plan with Verizon and added more premium credits with Spartan but it acts like they aren't being applied for us to get pictures. Any thoughts?

  Have you tried defaulting the camera and formatting the memory card?

  No but can try that. It's a fresh card we reformatted before putting in the camera.

  You always want to format the card in the camera.
