SIM Not Found Go Live
New Go Live GL-VLTEb. Camera worked for 3 days taking and receiving photos and videos. Camera stopped working and I am getting the No Sim Found error message.
I have tried multiple SD cards and formatted them (currently running 12 ghost and go lives cameras).
I contacted Verizon and they completed diagnostics and see no issues on their end.
DSP is August 17 2022.
No response from Spartan. Contacted them last Thursday.
Any suggestions?

Support is running behind about 2 to 3 days, I would expect to hear from them today or early tomorrow. You can try defaulting the camera in it's menu or tapping the camera in your palm on the top and bottom but this sounds like you're going to need support to help on this one. Most likely not a Verizon issue.
