golive timed out
set two new cameras 5 days ago, set on camera live. checked status and turned off live feature. Report status is on factory 00. no response says timed out. what am i doing wrong?
not the first report, good signal have several cameras 100yds away

Your post is confusing so please clarify.
Are both cameras giving problems or just one? Are you getting the scheduled status report? Date and time of the last status report?
Timed out means usually means the request has been there for 24 hours and the camera hasn’t checked in to get it.
Cameras working 100 yards away with good signal doesn’t mean there’s good signal where that particular camera is.
