Cameras not working

I have two cameras in two different places. Both have taken pictures for several months. Both stop working within days of each other. Change batteries and card. Status on camera shows network but does not send pics. It will do status updates right after midnight.

  What are the camera models and where are you getting your data from, through Spartan or from the carrier directly?

  Spartan go cam and I bought data through Spartan

  Have you checked the data plans to make sure that they are still active? Can you send a screenshot of the most recent status reports, be sure to include the SD card info at the bottom. You might have to set your phone to desktop mode to see the insert image icon. Have you gone into the menu and tried the hello test? Also when the camera finds signal press the ok button once to take a picture and then press it again to send the picture. Watch what happens and what it says on the screen.

  Yes sir. It’s a six month plan. On 35% data used.

  Were you able to try the manual photo? Try defaulting the camera and formatting the SD card using the cards menu as well.
