Have new Sim card and email from you that it's been accepted worked on 3 other carmeas won't on this one

  Have you tried defaulting the camera in it's menu and formatting the SD card?

  Yes and different cards won't connect to service

  Have you tried one of the other working Sims to see if it at least connects? Keep track of what SIM belongs in what camera because you will need to make sure they get put back in the correct camera. You can put the SIM from the camera that won't connect in to a working camera to check too.
