Warranty expired?
Why does my camera status report say that my warranty is expired? Camera was purchased 11/15/2022. Invoice was uploaded to Spartan around 11/18/2022. Will the status update once Spartan has processed the information that was uploaded?
Why was uploading my receipt to Spartan on a camera that was purchased directly from Spartan necessary?

It should update once someone has looked at your paperwork. My guess is that processing warranty paperwork is taking a back seat to support and sales right now, plus the office is closed on weekends and this past weekend was a long weekend.
I would guess that requiring everyone to submit paperwork is to keep things consistent and to save time so no one has to look up every sale for warranty. The sales system and the warranty system probably aren’t linked so there’s probably not an easy way to populate the warranty data from the sales data.
