I just activated 2 GoLive cams to my existing Spartan and Verizon account. I can watch live and take photo now with my Windows PC and with Ipad. The 'live' button is grayed out on both my Android and Iphone app. How do I fix this?

  Try logging out of the app and back in. If that doesn't fix them both then the iphone, uninstall and reinstall the app and for the android see the instructions below.

  Go into the phone settings (not the app) and go to apps and the Spartan app. Click on storage and you'll see a box to click to clear the cache and another to clear the data/storage, clear both of those and then uninstall and reinstall the app. Before the app opens clear the cache and data/storage again and then open the app and log in. You should be good to go now.
