External battery issue with GoLive camera?
I have a GoLive GL-VLTEb camera that recently stopped sending pictures and status reports after about 6 weeks in use. In the camera are 12 Eneloop Pro NiMH rechargeable batteries and it is connected to a Dakota Lithium 12v 23ah LiFePO4 external battery. The last picture showed the battery info of "PB5 AA1 LI1" and the last status report in the app shows "internal voltage 3.78v" and "external voltage 13.24v". It appears to me that the camera was using only the internal AA batteries to recharge the build-in lithium battery and not drawing power from the external battery at all. However, it apparently can see the external battery since it is showing "PB5" and "13.24v". Any thoughts as to what is wrong?

Data through Spartan
Time and Date: 2022-12-05 01:01:33 [I have the status report time set to 1:00]
SD card meets all specs
While I'm happy to answer your requests for additional info, doesn't the "PB5 AA1 LI1" on the last picture (and some preceding pictures) indicate some kind of problem? My understanding is that the internal lithium will draw recharging power from whichever source (AA or PB [or Solar]) has the highest voltage.

Yes, those numbers indicate that something could be off but I wanted to rule out other things as well. The AA1 wouldn't usually concern me since rechargeable batteries have a lower voltage to start with than alkaline so they generally show low on electronics. And while 3.78 is low for the internal, that will usually still send a status report. But put all three of those things together and there might be an issue (very possible) How far away is the camera? A few times I have seen just turning the camera off and back on or unplugging the external plug and plugging it back in has fixed the issue. Is the external plug and cable from Spartan or somewhere else?
