Getting notifications but no pictures

Are you at least getting the midnight status report? What is the camera model and where are you getting your data from? can you post a screenshot of the most recent status report and include the SD card info at the bottom, you may need to set your phone to desktop view to see the insert image icon. You can also check he online portal, my.spartancamera.com to see if the pictures are there. With the camera in set up once it finds signal press the ok button once to take a picture and then press it again to send the picture and see what happens and what it says on the screen.

You need to get in touch with support to get a call back, the two of us that monitor this page aren't at the office so we can't do as much as they can. Email support at support@spartancamera.com with your info and they will help. Have you checked the online portal to see if the pictures are getting there but not to your app? that would mean it's something with the app or your phone and not a camera problem. The portal is my.spartancamera.com
