The temp I'm not sure about. Do you get status reports and no pictures at times? It could be a possible SD card issue, you can try formatting the SD card from the status report page on the app.

I get status reports and no pictures.  I did reformat the card from the status report page but nothing changed.

Did the format button turn back to green? If it did did you get a picture with an F at the bottom of the info screen?

I'm sorry, I meant info strip. When you request the format through the app and it's successful you should get a picture that has an F on the bottom of the info strip on the picture where the M for motion usually is. Is your SD card to spec, 32gb or smaller, class 10, 80mbs or faster and a full sized card, not a micro in an adapter?

I do not get a picture.  It's a class 10 SD card but it's a 64 gig.  The camera says it will take larger than that.  I do stay away from the Sandisk cards as I heard the ones made in Malaysia are problematic for these cameras. I also format the card in the camera not from a PC.  This card has been in this camera for the last 3 months with no issues.  When I do a livestream and capture a video there is an E in the info strip

Ok, yes. The GoLive should be ok with that sized card. The E is correct on the info strip in those instances, M is for motion trigger, F is for successful format and U is after a Firmware update. I would try the format again and hope it sends the picture with the F. It is a full sized card correct, not a micro in an adapter? Sometimes the cards do go bad as well.

I really think it's an SD card issue since you're not getting the F pic

There should be a firmware update for that camera too. You can try updating and see if that helps

Mine is doing the exact same thing. Did you get this resolved? If so, what’s causing it?

I’ve done the firmware update and have formatted the disk 3 times. Ugh!

    Brad,

Did you try a different SD card? If formatting doesn’t fix the problem, you need to try a different SD card.
