searching for network

i have a pre-existing camera that stopped working after replacing batteries.  just says searching for network.  i debugged; saved files, then checked APN setting and its on APNsp same as before but still wont connect after battery change.  wants me to check the SIM card.

  Have you verified that your Spartan data plan is still active? Go into the cameras menu and default the camera and format the SD card. Is the cameras firmware up to date?
