Cameras saying "No Data Plan"

    Are you using Spartan data plans or something different? Are these new camera setups or have they been working previously?

    Spartan plan. Worked all year. Had one hiccup in November where CC expired but resolved that and had them working since.

    Did have one of the 3g cameras finally get phased out at the end of December but that one had its own plan so it shouldn't affect these.

    Have you gone to the portal (my.spartancamera.com) and to data plans and subscriptions and made sure they are showing as active? Maybe something happened with the card again.

    Looking at my bill right now. Says active. Last renew date was Jan 11. 5/5 cameras on plan. 22 of 31 days and 1% usage of 1000mb

    What are the camera models and is the firmware up to date?

    Sorry. The cameras are all GC-Z4Gb and the firmware version is
    EC25VFAR02A11M4G

    What is the firmware date? I think there is an update from January this year.

    One thing that is weird. I went in to do the Module FW update and it asked me for a password. Don't recall ever seeing that
