Go live chirping and won’t go live or send pics

I have a GL MLTEB go live has been working fine has full battery, up-to-date firmware, and it’s audibly chirping, and the screen flashes between go live stream and picture size but will not send pictures yet stores them on SD card. The has a brand new card that was formatted in the camera and it’s a class 10 Any suggestions ?

  Is it a full sized card, not a micro in an adapter? What is the internal battery voltage?
