Switched SIM card and APN- app not reading camera

I have a Go Live, just purchased on 2/10/23, using it in the Bahamas (I live in New York). I got a BTC (local Bahamian service) SIM card, put it in my GoLive, and changed the APN to appropriate settings. GoLive camera took the sim card, reads BTC on the screen with full coverage. My phone app doesn't see the camera after bar code is scanned and all set up. What am I doing wrong? I missing?

  Try going to the portal, my.spartancamera.com, and adding the camera there. You won't be able to scan the barcode, you'll have to enter the IMEI number manually.

  You won’t be able to use the new ICCID to get the camera on the app.

  Use the ICCID for the SIM that shipped with the camera. It should identify the camera, then you’ll be given a choice to buy a data plan, add the camera to an existing plan (not sure about this if you don’t have any plans), or that the camera is already activated (or on a plan, I don’t remember the exact option). Choose that last option. 
  
  

  You don’t need to put the original SIM in, you just need the number to get the camera into the system. It should work fine once you get through setup. You will need premium credits.
