Att not working but Verizon is

Just set cameras up in Iowa. My ATT ghost are not working. But my Verizon are. I have ATT for my cell phone and have full service at the location of the cameras. I am from Florida. But now with the cameras is Iowa

    Were the cameras working when you set them up? Are you still getting status reports?

    We just set them up today. I will check for the status report after 12:00 am

    There are 10 scheduled events so you can get the camera to check in periodically. I have mine check in with photos or status reports bout every 3 years.

    Through Spartan or ATT directly? Spartan you can check under your account at the online portal, my.spartancamera.com . Are the cameras sending status reports?

    Can you post the last status report that you got from the cameras? You may have to hit the settings bars/dots on your phone and change to desktop view in order to see the insert image icon.
