  What model? (The exact model, GC-something)
  
  Please post a screen shot of the status report from the app, from the battery/signal symbols down through the SD card.

  Is the camera not taking pictures, taking them but not sending them (there are pictures that are on the SD card but not on my.spartancamera.com, Camera Management), taking/sending them and they’re on the portal (my.spartancamera.com) but not on your phone?
