pending action to update camera setting

I have set one camera (GC-E4Gb) out yesterday and it sent 3 photos with motion trigger to the mobile app while I was installing it. Today morning, I got new status report from this camera and everything is correct.

However, no photo was sent until now and I just want to change schedule event of the camera from web portal but I'm not able to do it. Anything wrong?

  Can't you change then from the app? It's easier if you can.

  action is still pending in the mobile app.  What does it mean?  Does my camera not connect to the sever?

  It will stay pending until the camera checks in by sending a status report or picture.
