Camera not working, Won't send Pics, Will send a Status report

see, below, Disregard the battery meter.  Camera wont send pics or write pics to the SD.  I have tried 2 different cards, both 32 & 16, both are to spec.  Both were formatted in the camera.  I did a new firmware update & reset to factory settings and it briefly worked again, but has since stopped. I think the camera is at the end of its life.  It has had several issues such as this, this season.  Please advise of any advice.

  Can you post a picture of the SD cards that you're trying? You may have to change your phone to desktop view to see the insert image icon. Sending status reports but not picture is usually an SD card issue but could be something with the hardware.

  tried the exact same card in a 16 as well.

  it seems as if it wont send a status report on a trigger now.  in the past, i know it was sending a status with each trigger.

  They really should be fine. Do you have a card that's got a slower write speed than the 130mbs just to try?

  It should send the status report with each trigger. You're batteries are really low though and could be causing the issues.

  changed batteries.  the camera will now not send a status report on a trigger.

  it appears to have re-started working... it wasn't the batteries.  earlier today, i had brand new batteries in it and it would not work.  so I put those batteries in a non-cellular camera, while in the woods, and brought the Spartan home to troubleshoot.  it seems the camera has gotten very peculiar about SD cards and will just stop working and you have to perform a format.

  I had the same issue and replaced the SD card and it appears to be working now.
