SD card

My camera says “No SD card”, but also says the SIM card a was pre-installed. I have registered for an account. Not sure what to do.

No SD card or a problem with the SIM?

Are you using a “to spec” SD card?

Did you put a to spec SD card in the camera? It needs to be 32gb or smaller, class 10, 80 mbs or faster and full sized (not a micro in an adapter). Sounds like you have a Ghost or GoLive, they will have the SIM card preinstalled and you just need to insert the SD card.

Did you format the SD card in the camera? That’s in the third tab of the camera menu.
